The Issues

A food processing manufacturer acquired a new facility and needed to establish training guidelines before reopening.

The Solution

We reviewed capacity, identified skills and training gaps, and created a comprehensive training plan with SOPs and a system to evaluate and coach employees. This effort was highly collaborative, involving the VP of Operations, HR Director, and front-line leaders from various departments such as production, maintenance, QA, sanitation, and warehouse.
